Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, joining a workspace or using orbitreach, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you use orbitreach for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

The service

orbitreach helps users organize leads, research public business information, prepare email sequences, connect sending mailboxes, schedule campaigns and track delivery or response states. Some features may operate automatically after you enable and configure them.

orbitreach is an evolving service. We may add, change, limit or withdraw features and may impose reasonable technical, sending or usage limits to protect users, providers and deliverability. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, no guaranteed service level applies.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for selecting appropriate workspace members.

Workspace members may access shared leads, templates, campaigns, analytics and activity records. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, membership and internal permissions. Do not place information in a shared workspace unless you are authorized to make it available to its members.

Connected mailboxes

You may connect only a mailbox that you own or are authorized to use. You authorize orbitreach to use the permissions you grant to send configured messages and synchronize the limited delivery and response information described in our Privacy Notice.

A Personal mailbox may be selected for sending only by the member who connected it. A Workspace mailbox may be selected by other members of that workspace. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate access setting. You can disconnect a mailbox or revoke provider access at any time.

Connected services remain governed by their own terms and policies. Gmail connections are also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and applicable Google policies. We do not control a provider’s availability, quotas, spam filtering, account restrictions or policy decisions.

Campaigns and responsible outreach

You control the audience, sender, message, timing and activation of each campaign. You are responsible for reviewing templates, follow-ups, generated research and automation settings before sending, and for monitoring active campaigns afterward.

You must have a lawful basis and any permission required to contact each recipient. Your messages must identify the sender accurately, respect opt-outs and suppression requests, and comply with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, consumer-protection and electronic-communications laws.

You must not use orbitreach for spam, phishing, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, impersonation, purchased lists used without appropriate rights, or attempts to evade provider limits, safety systems or account restrictions. You must not use multiple mailboxes or accounts to circumvent Gmail or another provider’s policies.

Lead data and research

You are responsible for the leads, source files, instructions and other information you submit or direct orbitreach to process. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect, upload, enrich, share and use that information.

Research and automated suggestions may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are provided as assistance, not as legal, compliance, financial or professional advice. You must verify important information and exercise human judgment before relying on it or contacting a person.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including lead lists, templates and campaign text. You grant orbitreach a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the user-facing service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other third-party rights. Email content submitted to a connected provider is also handled under that provider’s terms.

Acceptable access and security

You must not probe, disrupt or bypass orbitreach security; access another user’s account or data without permission; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; introduce malicious code; overload the service; or use automated access methods that we have not authorized.

If you discover a security issue, report it privately to support@orbitreach.io and do not exploit it or disclose affected data.

Our technology

orbitreach and its software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. No ownership in orbitreach technology is transferred to you.

Feedback is voluntary. If you provide suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using orbitreach and disconnect providers at any time. You may request account or personal-data deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, provider-policy violations, material breach of these terms, non-payment for a paid service, or risk to deliverability or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, responsibility for prior activity, disclaimers and liability limitations—will remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, orbitreach is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, successful delivery, inbox placement, reply rates, lead accuracy, campaign results or continued availability of any third-party integration.

You are responsible for backups of source data you need independently and for decisions made from campaign, analytics or research output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, orbitreach and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities or data, failed delivery, provider action, or claims arising from messages or data you supply.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to orbitreach for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product, provider requirements or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
