Terms

These terms cover early access to orbitreach and use of its outreach workspace and agent integrations.

Early-access service

orbitreach is an early-stage product. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn as the service develops. Access is provided without a guaranteed service level during this period.

Responsible use

You are responsible for the leads, messages and instructions you provide. Use orbitreach only for lawful, relevant outreach and follow applicable privacy, marketing and anti-spam requirements.

Your accounts and data

You remain responsible for connected mailboxes, credentials and source data. Keep access details secure and review agent-prepared work before sending it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, orbitreach is provided as available without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect losses, failed delivery, third-party platform changes or decisions made from generated research.
